Building Surveyor

3 month rolling contract with a housing association in the North West.

Your new company
A large housing association with housing stock across the North West. They are currently looking for a repairs and maintenance surveyor to help with the workload.

Your new role
Working 35 hours per week you will be delivering repairs and maintenance surveys across the housing stock in the North West. On daily basis you will speak with tenants, conduct pre and post inspection surveys and make sure the work is delivered.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a maintenance surveyor with experience working for a housing association. Will poses excellent communication skills and experience dealing with tenants.

What you'll get in return
This is a 3 month rolling contract that is in scope of IR35. In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate with mileage paid from your home location.
