Senior Asset Manager

A temporary contract for a senior asset manager working within the public sector.

Your new company
This is a public sector organisation with a range of properties, including schools, heritage buildings and residential properties. They work on both minor and major schemes, new built and refurbishment projects.

Your new role
In this role you will review the current portfolio of assets and properties to advise and create plan that will help in implementing investment where required and where it will maximise the output from current estate.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced, chartered asset manager, who has worked within the public sector and understand the policies and procedures. You will be well organised and have great communication skills and eligibility to work in the UK.

What you'll get in return
A temporary contract with a potential of extension and a competitive rate of £400 per day.
