RLO - Resident liaison officer

Your new company
A well established main contractor focussed on local authority works, both new build and refurbishment with multiple schemes across greater London including both tendered and framework wins. Due to several recent contract awards they now seek a resident liaison officer to join a new flagship project in the east London area. The scheme is a 200 unit external refurbishment project on occupied units spread across an estate, this is a permanent role with the project programmed for 18 months with additional works already being discussed.

Your new role
As RLO you will be site based reporting to the project manager, your key responsibility will be ensuring all residents are kept informed about site activities focussing on those being disrupted, as a secondary role you will also be responsible for some of the site record keeping of kpi's, keeping a track of progress against daily targets in order to help generate weekly client reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have clear experience in an rlo role and be comfortable working on site as the sole liaison officer. You will have worked on local authority refurb schemes previous and be happy to commit to long term work, initially in the East London area. This is an immediate role for the right person.
