My client is a Global Leader in Real Estate Services. They provide property solutions to a wide range of customers with market leading options. The business is looking to grow their Technical Division which provides Technical Solutions to the existing and a new client base. Due to growth the client is looking to create a new role focusing on Sustainability.

Your new role
Working as part of a dedicated Technical Services team who provide support for a commercial property portfolio across the UK. This newly created role will lead and deliver technical sustainability support to a multi-site, multi-client basis as well as leading on the development and implementation of engineering services sustainability and energy performance management services as well as the agreed service, scope, and strategy. The successful candidate will prepare, monitor, review, manage and execute the business, sustainability and environmental impacts and deliver on business development nationally.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding with significant experience of Sustainability within the Commercial Property sector. You will have experience of engineering energy management site surveys & audit reports. Provide technical sustainability support & advice to the Asset services team Nationally. You will have experience of undertaking, developing, managing, and delivering sustainability, energy performance and wellness projects, such as BREEAM in use, WELL, NABERS, Fitwel, RESET Air and WELL. You will have experience of managing internal and external relationships including Client, local authorities, service providers and statutory bodies. Establish 'value for money' strategies for delivering the technical sustainability management service and review CIBSE, industry guidelines and utilities regulations providing guidance and support to asset services and clients, when change impacts the managed portfolio.
