Your new company
A growing Investment and asset management firm who set up their office in Scotland last year. Over the last year they have increased their portfolio by £30 million are are continuing to expand. The company are currently outsourcing some of their services and are looking to bring this in house. Their portfolio is made up of retail, business space and industrial properties. Due to the expansion in Scotland, they are looking for a candidate with a background in property management including rent reviews and lease proposals.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a commercial property management role either for a consultancy or client. You should be well versed in all aspects of property management from initial valuations, lease and tenant reviews to overall day to day management of a portfolio. You must be a full member of the RICS and exposure to a variety of sectors would be a distinct advantage.
