A permanent plumber job working on site a university campus in Southampton with no travel

Your new role
You will provide reactive repairs planned preventive maintenance and project work across the University residential halls and estates.
Duties will include:
Domestic & commercial plumbing repairs in occupied student accommodation, buildings and empty rooms. This will include 2nd fixing pipework, servicing of PPM etc.
This is a static role working Monday to Friday

What you'll need to succeed
NVQ level 2-3 in Plumbing
2-5 years experience in building maintenance
