Hard Services Manager | Up to £37,128 | Industry Leader | Norwich

Your new company
We are delighted to be working with an industry leader in maintenance services for over 30 years in their search for a Hard Services Manager. Their main motive is to strengthen local communities by providing vital services which can help improve the lives of many. They provide specialist advice in Legionella, and electrical and mechanical maintenance to both the public and private sectors.

Your new role
As the new Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for the management of hard services (M&E) across Norfolk County Council buildings. On a daily basis you will oversee the full management of M&E Services and ensure the maintenance teams are adequately trained in order to achieve the required standards of performance, flexibility and safety. You will work with contractors and customers to ensure timely delivery and effective installation of equipment/systems and ensure that all new installations or alterations to existing systems are correctly documented.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. Ideally you will hold a current Mechanical Qualification, have extensive experience of managing multi-discipline teams within a construction or FM background and have previous experience and knowledge of M&E. It would also be preferred if you have experience of managing compliance via CAFM systems. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and statutory compliance would be needed. You will ideally hold your BHS P901 Legionella Management & Control.
