Site Manager ; Construction Manager for permanent job vacancy in Sussex

Working with one of Brighton & East Sussex's fastest growing contractors. They specialise in new build luxury bespoke housing, residential new build, and refurbishment works. With ambitious plans to double the size of the business over the next 3 years they are looking to recruit a site manager who is keen to progress their career as the business grows You'll need to a good & stable career history with relevant contractors, and a demonstrable track record of delivering quality projects from inception to completion.

Your new role
Working for the visiting Contracts Manager on a new build residential project. A traditional build contract. Overseeing the sub-contractors, labour, materials, and liaising with the client when required.

What you'll need to succeed
* 5 years similar experience
* ideally SMSTS + managers CSCS + 1st aid

What you'll get in return
* Salary £45k - £55k (experience dependant as the client will consider a variety of background and experience and then adjust salary accordingly)
