Project Manager role base North Yorkshire hybrid working

This development company has an established reputation and a healthy pipeline of work which comprises of industrial and residential projects. They are looking to expand the team with a Project Manager.
Your new role
You will be managing projects from initial planning and design phase, assisting with procurement and programme creation. You will conduct site visits, checking quality against project specification and contracts. This role will also require you to manage budgets, working closely with the financial and Employers Agent team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Construction Project Management degree, potentially with CIOB or RICS membership. You will have experience working on development projects, specifically industrial and residential. You will have excellent contract and procurement knowledge. You will have the ability to manage your own workload and maintain stakeholder relationships.
