Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor MOD projects - NEC4 Outside IR35

Your new company
Our client is a National Commercial Main Contractor in Nottinghamshire.
They have a rapidly growing commercial team, due to many recent new project wins - and as such are looking to appoint a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work o one of the existing MOD new build projects.

Your new role
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor, responsible for a live new build MOD project, running it through to the final account.
This project is on NEC4 form of contract.
Project value is £8 million

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background working with NEC4 form of contract.
Ideally from a commercial building, main contracting background.
Civil engineering backgrounds will also be considered.
You will live commutable to North Nottinghamshire, as this role is office based.


What you'll get in return
An excellent date rate - Outside IR35
Option to be paid Ltd / Umbrella or direct PAYE
An ONGOING long term contact - working on some exciting projects - initially MOD new build.
