Lead Sustainability Project Manager - Commercial Property Company

This commercial property company and developer is looking to hire a Project Lead to help them focus on sustainability across their extensive and varied UK-wide portfolio.

Based from the North West area, you'll be tasked with implementing and overseeing their plan to retrofit their existing buildings for them to be closer to Carbon Zero compliance. This is alongside ensuring their new-build developments are also built to the correct standard and specification.
You'll work collaboratively across the entire group with colleagues to ensure the delivery of these objectives, as well as working with external parties to make sure you're all working to the same standard.

You do need to have proven experience in sustainability within a property environment, ideally have a professional qualification and be an excellent communicator. But in return you'd be given a very competitive package, superb career opportunity and the chance to join a busy and growing business.
