I am working in partnership with one of UK's leading commercial construction companies to source a Construction Director to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

* Reports to The Head of Construction
* Responsible for the Construction Managers
* Attend all project Handovers
* Review the project financials weekly
* Visit each site weekly to review the site conditions, standards, progress and health & safety
* Report the financial position of each project to the HOC at the weekly Contracts Management Meeting
* Assist the Construction Managers with their responsibilities
* Attend weekly client, sub-contractor and landlord meetings as required
* Ensure company guidelines are adhered to by the construction manager as per the company handbook
* Allocate resource to all construction projects
* Ensuring all projects obtain 'COMPLETE DELIVERY' Certification
* Improvement and standardising of minimum site standards
