Graduate Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a graduate building surveyor working with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a multi-discipline consultancy based in south Manchester. They have a beautiful office with excellent facilities for you to take advantage of. They are currently working heavily within the education and healthcare sectors and having secured work are now in a position to recruit a graduate building surveyor.

Your new role
In this role you will be delivering projects, condition surveys and project managing. As this is a graduate role you will have a senior building surveyor mentoring you and helping you through your APC.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a graduate building surveyor with a RICS accredited course and a few years post graduate experience. Ideally you will have some experience delivering condition surveys and projects and an ambitious individual looking to embark on your APC.
