3 month temporary contract working with a public sector organisation in Manchester.
Your new company
This is a public sector organisation focusing around improving services to the general public. This role has a secure pipeline of work and could lead to a permanent post that you can apply for. This post will be purely looking after an office block in city centre of Manchester.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for both hard and soft services, make sure all the health and safety and maintenance is delivered. This is an office based role where you will look after one office building and manage a facilities coordinator.
This is a 12 week contract but may be extended beyond that or you may be able to apply for a permanent position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within maintenance, FM or office management with strong problem solving skills.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an hourly rate of £14 per hour PAYE raising to £16.50 after 12 weeks.
