Leading Builder Developer Requires Experienced Quantity Surveyor for interesting project.

Our client are a leading building developer who are well known in the industry for producing high quality housing and flatted developments up and down the country. Known as a very progressive employer with a strong employee brand they offer a great work environment to their staff.


Your new role
This role is quite unique. As we push towards decarbonisation our client are seeking to conduct an audit of their carbon footprint across all of their projects. With that in mind they are seeking an organised and diligent QS to join their business for an initial 8 to 10 weeks to work on this project. This will involve analysing their existing building types and developing a model to allow them capture what the carbon footprint of their various projects are. This is very much a QS role and requires someone with experience in building to do it properly.


What you'll need to succeed
This would suit a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on a contract basis and has a broad history of work in the construction industry. Our client are exceptionally professional in their approach to all of their stakeholders so a candidate with a professional and efficient manner backed up by strong construction knowledge would be ideal.


What you'll get in return
This role is for an initial 8 week period and our client are flexible on working from home with regular visits to the office. An attractive hourly or daily rate will be paid to the right candidate.
