Your new role
You will work as a Commercial Manager based in their design and delivery team, providing a commercial lead to teams, ensuring cost planning, tenders and the financial control of projects and in line with the business requirements. You will work with the Head of Commercial, in the development, management and delivery of the commercial plan for the organisation, as well as advising other consultants, contractors on all commercial and contractual matters. You will work on some of the regions most popular projects, and have the opportunity to work on a diverse sector.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be MRICS qualified or equivalent, as well as offering experience in a QS/commercial management role. You will have experience on cost plans and tenders as well as JCT frameworks.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £60000 as well as a generous pension contribution, flexible working and extensive holiday allowance.
