Director of Pre-Construction - Global Real Estate Investor / Developer
London based with regular European travel
£150000 - £200000 plus package
The ‘Director – Pre-Construction’ will be a key leader within the Conceptual Construction Group in Europe for this leading privately owned Global Real Estate Investment, Development and Management firm.
The appointed candidate will work closely with the European Country teams, active in Design and Pre-Construction and alongside central teams from both European and global functions who drive subject matter expertise.
You will act as Owner’s Representative and Design Manager for a portfolio of projects where your influence, skills and capability will be used between initial benchmarking and brief definition through to construction start.
You will take ownership as the technical leader to support the business in the conceptualization, planning and execution of exceptional developments throughout Europe.
It is likely you are an Architect by background who turned developer or Architect who turned Contractor.
