Consideration may be given to the candidate who, whilst not yet chartered, can demonstrate relevant HE experience in project delivery and who is registered with the RICS or CIOB and will sit their relevant professional exams within 12 months, following appointment.
Based on the Streatham Campus, this post offers the opportunity for the successful applicant to build upon existing surveying and management skills.
You will undertake the delivery of complex projects and be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams in Estate Services, together with some maintenance works. You will be expected to advise on technical matters and deal with general estate issues relating to such planned and reactive maintenance.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate their recent experience, comprising the delivery of reactive maintenance works, typically from £5k to £50k and refurbishment projects up to the value of £1m.
