Permanent Estimator role - Tier 1 Main Contractor - Nottingham - Up to £55k + Package

Your new company
Due to increased demand and work load a Tier 1 Main contractor based in Nottingham are seeking an Estimator to join their ranks on a permanent basis. The role will be working on a range of project sectors including Education, Health, Heritage, Defence, Custodial, Commercial and Industrial.


Your new role
You will be working on both one and two stage tender processes on projects up to £20m. You will preparing and winning new tenders for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy. You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role you will have experience of working in design and build projects in the aforementioned sectors. You will have a clear history of strong tender performance and cost planning. Ideally you will also hold a degree qualification in a relevant discipline.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £60k and a comprehensive benefits package including car / allowance, private medical cover and share save scheme.
