Long term interim opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor to undertake residential surveys across Somerset

Your new company
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be working for a leading provider of social and affordable housing who are based in the Somerset region. Your new company are responsible for the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of 4500 properties across the region.

Your new role
Your role will involve undertaking a detailed Stock Condition Survey to include multiple building facets, including windows, doors, roofing and boilers - you will check the age and condition of these elements before marking results as part of a condition report.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you should have an excellent building knowledge, and ideally a background in building surveying, maintenance surveying, or facilities. You'll need to be able to work autonomously in order to schedule and attend visits, and have excellent communication ability.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive and initial interim contract of up to 6 months in duration, which is likely to extend beyond this date.
