As the leading Project Architect, you will need to be conscientious and keen to be part fit of a dynamic team to deliver this huge project worth £2.6 billion.

Your new role

To be considered for this position you will need a bachelor's degree in architecture, a minimum 5 years' experience ideally with a multi discipline property and construction company. Your portfolio should include a mixture of high value projects and ideally you will have experience on industrial or warehouse projects. You will have a have site delivery experience. You will be a natural leader and able to apply your knowledge to motivate a small team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting Part 1's and Part 2's, offering advice and guidance and to ensure the technical drawings are to the required standards. You will be engaged and responsible for liaising with the contracting engineers on site and have experience with contract administration.

What you need to succeed
Confident user in using certain software, particularly Revit. If you have experience with Dynamo, Uniclass 2015, 20152, IFC, BIM360 this would be advantageous. Driving Licence and to able to drive to site on a daily basis
