Leading National Housebuilder seeks experienced Site Manager for development on the Eastern Side of Edinburgh

Our client are a leading housebuilder who are ambitious and optimistic to drive their business forward into 2022. With exceptional forward sales and a strong landbank behind them they are poised to build more houses in 2021 than ever before. With that in mind they are seeking an experienced site manager to join their team for a project on the eastern outskirts of Edinburgh.
Your new role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for driving production and activity on site to hit their targets for 2021 and set them up a record 2022. You will be working with your subcontractor team and direct staff ensuring that your output is build according to our clients stringent quality expectations. Working within our clients building system and methodology you will get the opportunity to put your stamp on this project and take a lead role in the success of it. You will have direct responsibility for health and safety , production and customer care.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid track record of achievement within the industry. You will have worked on both private and public sector housing projects and have a deep understanding of NHBC requirements and expectations. Ideally you will be from a trade background and have an excellent understanding of timber kit construction.
