Permanent Site Manager job, Nottinghamshire based regional main contractor. Multi sector, Salary Negotiable
Your new company
You will be working for an established regional Main Contractor who are based in the Nottinghamshire region. The organisation operate in multiple sectors including; Care Homes, Commercial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Education and Leisure. Due to a strong pipeline of work my client is seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their ranks on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will report into the Regional Director and be responsible for the overall completion of works on site. Duties will include; site setup, inductions and toolbox talks. You will also monitor material levels and labour. You will have experience of completing multi sector projects up to the value of £10M on both refurbishment and build projects. In addition to this you will monitor the progress of works against programmes and liaise with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have a strong permanent background as a Site Manager, or Senior Site Manager for a contractor completing works in the Care Homes, Multi room, Commercial, Residential, Education or Leisure sectors. You will be highly organised and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will also possess CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications.
