Associate MRICS Building Surveyor

Manchester based consultancy looking for an associate building surveyor to join them on permanent basis.

Your new company
Established for over 150 years, this consultancy looks after surveying, valuation and property development. They work with clients both in private and public sector across commercial, retail, leisure and residential.

Your new role
This i a hands on role where you will be involved in due diligence, dilapidation, contract administration and manage a team of junior surveyors. On daily basis you will be liaising with clients and your team members.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be MRICS chartered surveyor with previous experience having worked on similar projects. You will be an ambitious individual wanting to further progress your career and be the role model for junior surveyors.
