Your new company
I'm seeking applicants for a new position with one of my regular customers, a very well-established builder that specialises in delivering bespoke individual homes of up to £4m in value. Due to an increasing demand for their services, they have an immediate requirement for a working supervisor/ foreperson to lead the line on projects within the South Hams and Torbay areas.

Your new role
Reporting to (and with support from) the directors of the company, you'll have input on the programming of projects, supervising the workmanship of both directly employed and subcontract tradespeople, providing progress reports, attending project meetings, and ensuring jobs are delivered to quality, health, safety and environmental standards expected.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally come from a trade background (preferably carpentry or multi-skilled), have excellent communication and customer care skills, live within the South Devon/ Torbay area and be committed to delivering the best product possible for clients. Each project is a unique, high-end home that requires the highest standards of finishing possible and it will be you driving the quality on site.
