Your new company
Working with a well renown PLC house builder in Bristol. The company are experiencing a very busy period of time about to embark on 3 new projects within the South West.

Your new role
Your role will be to start a new project. The initial project will be groundworks package and piling package. Depending how the packages go and the schedule of work run this may extend to the project itself.
You will be reporting directly into a commercial manager

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in house building and package management. You will need to be able to commute to Bristol each day and have good subcontractor management and relationship.
