Senior Project manager client side for NHS new Build £40million project
NHS Hospital Lincolnshire
Working as the Client Side Senior Project Manager.
This is a Design and build NEC4 contract running for 2 years. The Client ( NHS Estate and property Services) need their own Project Manager to oversee. The contract must reach BREEAM excellent rating. The Project is a £40m new A&E department .
You will need to have a proven track record in client side project management on similar value schemes. NHS experience is welcome but by no means essential.
Either a fixed term salary for 2 years at £65-70k or agency day rate of circa £ 450-£550 per day.
Please note this project is inside IR35 and so pay options are PAYE or Umbrella.
