As Project Officer (Electrical & Mechanical) you will be operating on the client side in regard to project management delivery of construction programmes and projects. This role offers an immediate start with a long-term contract and fixed working hours

Your new role

In your new role as a Project Officer, you will be supporting the development, inspection and maintenance of assets through the maintenance of planned, capital and reactive contracts. Your new role will contribute to the advancement of efficiencies in the way the client constructs, procures and maintains its properties.
Within your new role as Project Officer you will provide professional technical advice to the service and other technical staff within the property team. You will also assist the management and co-ordination of a team of property-related technical staff with direct responsibility for day-to-day activities.


What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to have a proven track record in design, organising and administering contracts and be educated to an appropriate level for the position with relevant professional membership. You will need to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of property related issues and have a proven track record in a wide range of building services installation. You will have a knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and other BIM Systems

Electrical - Evidence of a good working knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS, HEVACOMP, AMTECH and/or other appropriate systems and processes of the effective delivery of project activities relating to Electrical Services design.

Mechanical - Evidence of a good working knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS, HEVACOMP, IES and/or other appropriate systems and processes of the effective delivery of Project Activities relating to Mechanical Services design. Evidence of working knowledge of current regulations and standards relating to Mechanical Engineering and services design.
