Valuation Surveyor opportunity. Leeds City Centre. Small practice. Private sector with public sector clients
Your new company
A small independent business, with a great reputation in the northern market, which provides a range of professional services to a large group of clients.
Your new role
There are opportunities with this business for graduate level candidates to start their journey towards being a chartered surveyor, with progression and training through the APC, or for a qualified surveyor, experienced with commercial surveying to take a role in delivering and securing business. You will be responsible for the sale and leasing of commercial property - industrial, office and retail mainly, as well as providing valuations, landlord and tenant advice, and management of development and investment opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require you to work autonomously, and to deal with a wide range of clients, across a number of sectors. We are looking for someone who can evidence a commitment to the property sector, and ideally with local connections, but also a self starter who is happy to work independently as well as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
You will be exposed to the full range of general practice surveying duties, and be able to develop your own client relationships, and have an impact on the direction of the business. Whether you are graduate or MRICS qualifies, the salary will be commensurate with your experience level.
