Maintenance Officer

Your new company
Our client, a Housing Association outside of Edinburgh, are looking to appoint a Part Time Maintenance/Property Officer for an initial period of 3 months (in view of a potential longer term opportunity).

Your new role
You will be working in a small and friendly Maintenance team, helping the organisation deliver an effective reactive repairs strategy - with a specific focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates will have experience working for either a Housing Association or Local Authority in a comparable role, and be comfortable with a 2 day per week working pattern.
