A well known regional housing developer based in Northamptonshire are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to an increase in workload and an internal promotion. This developer work across the Northamptonshire area and focus on quality and build of their houses.

Ideally you will already be working for another volume housing developer and looking for a new challenge. You will have experience working independently on your own developments and be able to work as part of the existing commercial team. You will have the ability to make the role your own and add value from the start as well as working on a number of exciting new developments.
