Estimator - Interiors - Leicestershire - £25-30K


A well known interiors company based in Leicestershire are looking to add an Estimator to their team in order to help grow their business and add value to the current commercial team. This company deal predominantly within the interiors sector and focus on partitions, mezzanine floors, interiors and commercial projects to ensure that clients are making the most of their commercial and industrial spaces.

Ideally they are looking for someone who has experience in estimating interior and fit out construction projects as well as the ability to read and produce tender drawings. You will ideally have experience working on multiple projects at any one time and be happy to multi-task and be highly organised. This is a fast paced environment where your role will be both client facing and built on maintaining existing and developing new client relationships.

Your role will involve preparing cost budgets/estimates for new contracts; working out costs of materials & labour; reading drawings and completing take offs; obtaining quotes from subcontractors and/or the supply chain and potentially sourcing new ones; site surveys; variations/amendments to existing contracts and working alongside the in-house teams to ensure projects are run to budget and as smoothly as possible.
