Your new company
You will work for a national charity, with a head office based in Northamptonshire. They have over 200 retail businesses, along with a portfolio of offices. They have been operating for over 25 years.
Your new role
Working as the FM Manager, you will provide a comprehensive service ensuring that occupational costs are minimised and our retail shops and other locations are fit for purpose and comply with company, operational and legal requirements. You will be responsible for property inspections, maintenance, repairs, minor alteration/refurbishment, and regulatory compliance across the UK Property portfolio. You will also support the development, tender, implementation and management of contracts for reactive and planned maintenance services, as well as setting and monitoring SLA's and KPI's, managing suppliers and preparing reports to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in an FM role, working with hard services. You will have experience in planned maintenance and small works projects and be comfortable with travel UK wide.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of £30000 - £35000 as well as a car/car allowance and a fantastic pension scheme. You will also receive 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays.
