Your new role
- Working on a new-build residential schemes
- Costings and budgeting
- Working with sub-contractors
- Producing contract documents and carry out valuations
- Coordinating project progression
- Overseeing checking of service agreements and completing bond and supervision fees.
- Appraising land opportunities
- Visiting sites
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience in residential construction desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
