I am working in partnership with one of UK's leading contractors to source an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Your day to day role will be to manage fit out contracts on-site, liaising with the Contracts Manager, Client, Sub Contractors and other trades, coordinating all aspects of the works so that the project is completed in line with the requirements, within budget and on time. You will have a commercial understanding of the project, advising and implementing cost savings at all times, and represent the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings with those associated with the building project.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience of high end fit out projects need to hold a CSCS black card and a Construction Management HND / or equivalent.
