They’ve successfully carved an influential position within the wider industry and believe in a dynamic approach to modernising processes by embracing new technologies and building methodologies in solving project & development challenges.The residential development sector has remained buoyant throughout the pandemic and it’s because of new projects with their existing clients and upcoming work with two new clients that they’re seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager.
At Senior level, you must have residential development experience (re: managing projects for Developers / Investors) as you will be expected to manage schemes through all RIBA stages and hold significant client facing responsibilities. Our client are also happy to consider those at Intermediate level too (less than 5 years professional experience) with a reduced expectation of either residential or full project running experience. In both regards, successful candidates will need to have a committed background with an appropriate degree with the added expectation of holding a professional accreditation at Senior level.
They’re always keen to employ PM's that can take an innovative approach to solving client challenges, creative in mind and someone committed to driving industry change forwards where better solutions can be practically met. That said, they’re also managing more traditionally procured work and they can genuinely boast a leading reputation within the income generating sectors of PRS, Later living & student accommodation where base builds can typically mean managing retail and / or other commercial ventures too. Projects range from £10m to over £200m, from low rise construction to 40 storey buildings.
The successful candidate(s) will be integrated into their specialist PM team where they are careful not to silo staff into either a particular client and / or cluster of projects. Opportunity and diversity at the forefront of their core values.
In return, our client is prepared to offer a starting salary of up to £65-75k + personal allowance + pension + Season ticket loan + 27 days leave pa.
