Contracts Manager - Construction - Competitive Salary & Package
Your new company
Established housing developer with exciting growth plans operating across the East, Lincolnshire and the Midlands with some projects further afield.
Your new role
Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join an established team.
Reporting into the Construction Director you will be responsible for a number of projects ensuring the companies high build standards are maintained across all schemes while ensuring health & safety is adhered to.
Projects are typically brick & block builds, with project sizes ranging from 20 units to 200+
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
