A 3 month temporary contract with a housing association co-coordinating maintenance schedules.
Your new company
A Manchester based housing association owning and managing over 12,000 properties across Greater Manchester. They have a supportive team that you will be a part of with the flexibility to work from home.
Your new role
You will be working with a planning/scheduling system allocating tradespeople to jobs, ideally you would have knowledge of DRS , also the QL Housing management system would be desirable but that can be trained up if needed as a lesser part of the role.
You will be working 35 hours a week flexible over 5 days Mon - Fri.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a similar role scheduling and allocating diaries for tradespeople ideally in a housing environment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of between £13 - £15 per hour PAYE, an option to work from home and flexible working pattern.
