An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding Strategic Property Services Team of a large Local Authority
We are looking for a Strategic Property Officer to support Asset Management Staff in taking forward a program of projects for the delivery of new and refurbished properties for the strategic management of property assets in collaboration with service departments and partner organisation.
You will oversee and progress projects through the construction process, liaising with Estates, Legal, Construction and Project staff and will assist in the production, development, management of data and the preparation of reports to meet exacting timescales when required, This could include, utilisation, suitability, cost of use, the analysis of data and preparing reports to support services and asset reviews.
You will commission projects using the K2 property database, use Oracle Fusion and should have a good understanding of finance in a business environment
Experience with programme delivery/management in a property related would be advantageous.
* Relevant Degree in a property or business-related subject
Demonstrable experience of:
* Supporting the development and roll out of projects ideally where property/construction related
* Development and analysis of information relating to use and cost of operation and for financial purposes
* The assembly and analysis of property related data and producing reports on the use and management of buildings
This is a temporary role whilst a permanent role is appointed
