MRICS Building Surveyor - SME - North Midlands

Some building surveyors prefer working at large corporate consultancies with huge, bustling offices, enjoying the city centre lifestyle and everything that entails.

This is not one of those opportunities.

This opportunity is for you to join a smaller firm, outside of the city centre, where flexible working is the norm with a smaller, family feel to the company. You'd be joining a small team of Building Surveyors within a company of around 20 or so, spread over a couple of offices, carrying out a mix of professional work and project and being able to get the work/life balance you want after lockdown ends.

You do need to be MRICS chartered with at least 2 years post qualification experience, but whether you want part time or full time, equity partnership opportunity or a 9-5 job, the choice will be yours and you can take your career in the direction you want to.
