Your new company
This organisation provides supported living across the UK to people with disabilities and mental health needs. They are looking for a Building Surveyor to cover the North from Yorkshire.

Your new role
You will be conducting inspections, compiling stock condition reports, raising any works which are required and overseeing refurbishment projects. You will liaise with tenants to arrange inspections, provide technical advice and work closely with the in house maintenance team. You will be assisting the Asset Manager with refurbishment projects in the North, overseeing contractors, signing off works and ensuring any issues are resolved. You will update relevant systems and write detailed reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background surveying housing, ideally with a HNC in Construction or equivalent. You might also have membership with CIOB or RICS. You will have some experience with refurbishment projects and managing contractors. You will have the ability to manage your workload when working from home, completing reports on time and scheduling inspections.
