Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with SEGRO plc in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join them in their Rugby office. Its assets are positioned strategically at locations in the UK across London and the South-East and Midlands regions, while in Continental Europe it has developments in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, The Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
You`ll be joining the Technical Development team, where you`ll provide construction and technical support to the Development team, ensuring that SEGRO`s development projects are concluded on time, in budget and to the correct quality and specification. Contracted to SEGRO`s Rugby location and with an Agile Working policy meaning you can split your time between home and office, you`ll use all the experience you`ve gained through years of project management, cost management or similar to assist throughout the development process. You`ll support delivery of big box` logistics units, managing consultant and contractor teams from selection and appointment through to handover of the units. Experience in managing complex projects in the logistics or industrial sectors - whether gained through consultancy or as part of a main contractor - would
be highly beneficial, however applications from those who have worked in other sectors are also welcomed.
