Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer Job (Building Services Consultancy) | London, Permanent - £45k

Your new company

This built environment consultancy is a recognised expert in low-carbon and sustainable solutions. Working on buildings, urban regeneration, masterplans, and more. They work out of a spacious office in the heart of London on projects across London and internationally. With a creative and dynamic team, and wide variety of project types, and clear plans for growth ahead, they can offer a busy and rewarding career path. Due to a successful year and strong project pipeline for the new year, they are now looking to expand with the addition of an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer.

Your new role

You will be joining as an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer, joining an already well-established team. You will be working closely with an Associate Engineer on several residential projects across London, with a specific focus on earlier stage design from stage 1 through to 2. Working closely with the other, more experienced, members of your team, you will look to progress quickly with the outlook to lead on your own projects. You will also have the opportunity to meet with clients, developing your skillset.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the building services consultancy space, as an electrical design engineer. This role will be ideal for an engineer looking for an excellent consultancy who has previously developed and progressed engineers. Experience working on residential projects would be preferable but is not essential. Equally experience working with Amtech and MEP Revit is also useful but can be taught.

What you'll get in return

With an impressive flexible working pattern, you will have the option to work remotely for up to 3 days per week. You will also enjoy every other Friday off. This role is also really focused on personal development, with the opportunity to learn from a well-established team, developing into a more senior role. You will receive excellent opportunities for continued career development, as well as attractive salary and benefits up to £45k.
