Senior Building Manager

Permanent opportunity for a site based building manager in North Manchester.

Your new company
This is a property management company looking for a site-based building manager to look after block management on a large portfolio of properties.
They work mainly across residential properties and are looking for ambitious building/ property managers that will fit into their social team.

Your new role
In this role you will deliver block management for a portfolio of 7 properties in North Manchester. You will be the point of contact for facilities management, take a lead on, line management of the estate team and the site team. You will complete regular site inspections and manage any repair and maintenance required for the role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need previous experience working with block management. You will have great communication skills and experience dealing with tenants and managing a team.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £35,000 with flexible working of 2-3 days from home, training and development support through the IRPM path and well-being benefits.
