Permanent Senior Commercial Manager role - East Midlands sites - Major Projects - MOJ works

You will be working for a highly successful award winning main contractor who are looking to add a Senior Commercial Manager to their team. The company operate across the UK but this role will be specifically for the Midlands region, The role is a chance to work on high value industry leading projects, build a team of significant number and work for a forward thinking innovative company.

Your new role
The role will involve working on the collaborative phase of the project until November then 1 year of precon work, before eventually going to site in 2022. This is an opportunity to come into an established contractor and build a team of up to 20 surveyors of different levels. This is part of the major projects team with the scheme totalling £250m. You will be a key component of driving the project forward looking after design, procurement and build phases.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an excellent background of working in a similar role for a main contractor. ideally you will have MOJ project experience but most importantly you will have a strong background of running £200m projects or more.
