Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Nottinghamshire Main Contractor LONG TERM CONTRACT - OUTSIDE IR35

Your new company
Our client is a large national main contractor, with a growing order book.
They have recently been award several new school projects, in value of £8+ Million.
As such their busy commercial team is looking to expand by adding a freelance Senior QS or experienced Project QS to their team. This is a long term, ongoing role.

Your new role
You will act as Senior QS
This will involve pre construction work through to final account.
This role reports directly to the commercial manager.
Ongoing freelance contact or temp to perm.


What you'll need to succeed
A strong main contracting background, delivering projects of similar value.
Student accommodation projects, apartments or education experience advantageous.
