Finishing Manager Foreman needed in Liverpool £23ph



Your new company
A renowned national contractor based in the North west who are currently working a large residential project in Liverpool city centre valued at approx £40 million.

Your new role
Oversee all Trades and Labour on site and make sure that the project is on schedule and to budget with workmanship being completed to the highest quality.

What you'll need to succeed
- SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- CSCS card.
- Minimum of 5 years experience is site management roles.
- Experience working working on high rise projects is desirable.
- Experience working on luxury apartments is essential.
- Must be very proactive on site and have a can do attitude.
- Preferably from a trades background or have a very good knowledge of internal trades.
