Building Surveyor or Architectural Technician

Are you a Building Surveyor or Architectural Technician looking for a new challenge ??

We seek to appoint qualified and part qualified building professionals in the following parts of the country

  • Midlands
  • East Anglia
  • North East
  • North West
  • London and the Home Counties

Our core service is as that of an Approved Inspector (Building Control) and an understanding of the Approved Documents would be an advantage. However, as an accredited training provider, we are able to provide comprehensive training and supervision to the successful candidates

Once trained you will undertake plan assessments and site inspections of Residential and Commercial projects close to your home

Salary will be based upon experience but typically a surveyor with an accredited qualification (RICS/CABE/CIOB) could expect to initially earn between £35k - £45k (+London Weighting). Once suitably trained/experienced salaries up to £55+ could be attainable
