Job Details

A real estate and building consultancy in the North West region is looking for an Associate Partner or Associate Director-level Building Surveyor to join their team. You'd be the main point of contact for all the building surveying instructions coming in. delegating down to the team underneath you and leading from the front for this growing SME.

You don't need to have contacts and work to bring with you, there is plenty to be getting on with, and there's scope for you to make Partner in the future as well.
Building consultancy work will be a mix of project work and professional services, condition surveys, and so on with a mixture of sectors of work too.

You should be at Associate-level or above at a consultancy already, be bright and ambitious for the step up to lead, and you should also apply to this advert! Or call Ed Collins on 0161 607 5084 for more information.
