Estates Surveyor - Exeter / Devon

Opportunity for a Chartered Estates Surveyor to undertake a diverse role involving acquisition, sale and more

Your new company
You will be working for an award winning property group who specialise in delivering a wide range of public sector schemes and projects ranging from property maintenance through to bespoke and specialist new-builds and affordable housing schemes.

Your new role
As an experienced Chartered Surveyor, you will work as part of a wider estates team in a diverse and hands-on role which will allow you to take ownership of the disposal of surplus public sector assets, as well as acquisition of small pockets of land and negotiation of land access as part of highway and cycle path scheme development and works.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will have an excellent track record in undertaking valuation of land and property, it would be excellent if you were a RICS Registered Valuer, although this is not essential. You'll need to be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive an excellent starting salary of around £45,000 which is negotiable dependent on experience. You'll receive 27 days annual leave each year, not including bank holidays, access to a company pension scheme, and a wide range of other healthcare benefits.
